TSL Paying Special Div. After Nampak Deal Terminates
FY2025 DIVIDEND DECLARATION NOTICE
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on 16th September 2025 regarding the termination of the Share Sale Agreement to acquire 51.43% shareholding in Nampak Zimbabwe Limited from Nampak Southern Africa Holdings Limited (“Nampak SAHL”). The Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”) has resolved to declare a special cash dividend of US$ 1.2927 cents per ordinary share of the Company. This dividend is in respect of the foregone dividend at the end of the financial year ended 31 October 2024, and the net proceeds from the two property disposals that were considered non-core and earning sub-optimal yields.
The special dividend will be paid per the following timelines:
