FM6I Launches Support program for Moroccan Companies Seeking Financing
Casablanca — The Fonds Mohammed VI pour l’Investissement (FM6I) announced today the opening of a new call for expressions of interest aimed at selecting Moroccan companies to benefit from its support program designed to help businesses prepare for investment and financing opportunities.
Launched under the reference FM6I/AMI.ENTR/01/26, the initiative is part of a broader program introduced on January 20, 2026. The program focuses on two main areas including investment awareness and investment readiness, the FM6I said in a statement.
It targets Moroccan companies looking to structure growth projects, strengthen their financial foundations, or better understand available financing mechanisms. The Fund said the program is particularly intended for businesses considering equity or quasi-equity financing solutions in the future.
The program also aims to help companies improve their strategic, organizational, and financial structuring before approaching investors or seeking funding. Officials say the idea is to better equip businesses to navigate financing processes that are often difficult for smaller or developing companies.
Participating companies will receive guidance on different financing tools available on the market and support in improving their management fundamentals, added the statement. Businesses will also be directed toward financing solutions adapted to their level of maturity and profile before launching formal fundraising efforts.
The initiative falls within the broader mission assigned to the FM6I, which includes supporting productive investment, encouraging sustainable job creation, and helping Moroccan companies access diversified sources of financing.
The program is open to companies established under Moroccan law that have at least three years of activity and operate in one of Morocco’s 12 regions. The Fund said particular attention will be given to the motivation of company leaders and their level of commitment throughout the process.
Selection will take place in several stages. First comes the verification of eligibility requirements, followed by a detailed review of applications. Final approval will then be carried out by a dedicated selection committee before successful companies are integrated into the program.
The Fund said the initiative is also intended to contribute to the emergence of a more structured, competitive, and resilient economic fabric in Morocco.
Details regarding participation requirements and application documents are available on the official website of FM6I.
Interested companies are invited to submit their complete applications before June 12, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. through the address ami.entreprise@fm6i.ma, according to the statement.
