The Issue is being offered under the Issuer’s ₦4 Trillion Multi-Instrument Issuance Programme and provides investors with an opportunity to participate in a Federal Government–backed fixed-income instrument designed to strengthen Nigeria’s power sector.
NBET Finance Company PLC is a Special Purpose Vehicle sponsored by the Nigerian Bulk Electricity Trading (NBET) Plc, an agency of the Federal Government of Nigeria. The Bonds are guaranteed by the full faith and credit of the Federal Government of Nigeria, issued pursuant to the Presidential Power Sector Debt Reduction Programme (PPSDRP) approved by the Federal Executive Council.
